Structure
The structure of the Crew consists of a youth leadership corp and an adult
committee. Crew leadership positions are applied toward Troop rank requirements.
Many times a troop member will be held back from advancing in Boy Scout rank simply
because there are no leadership positions open. This is a great way for crew members
to fast track in rank.
